Shipping (or Dispatch) Charges Within Germany

The standard shipping cost within Germany is €5.95. Shipping cost for ammunition is €15.90.

Express Shipping. We will deliver goods in stock to addresses on the German mainland (with the exception of labelled hazardous substances) and against an increased shipping charges under the following conditions. Unfortunately, express shipping to the German islands is not possible.

When orders are received:

• Monday - Thursday 07:30 – 14:00: the following working day
• Friday 07:30 - 14:00: the following Monday
• Friday 14:01- Monday 07:30 – 14:00: the following Tuesday

Express shipping (within mainland Germany) costs €9.95 per package up to 31.5 kg. Over 31.5 kg no express shipping is possible.

A few, particularly heavy or bulky items are marked as such in our catalogues. For these articles, the price is ex-warehouse / factory. These items can be picked up free of charge or we can organise transport for you. Just contact us for help and advice.

If a particular item is not available, we will notify you immediately of that non-availability and promptly reimburse any pre-payment received.

Shipping (or Dispatch) Charges for Foreign Countries 

Please note! There may occur surcharges for delivery to hard accessible outside areas as on islands etc., which will be charged extra.

Easy Returns

Should a product not fit or disappoint you can return all GRUBE articles within 14 days of receipt. Within Germany such returns are free of charge. From abroad, you must accept the direct costs.
