    • Initial equipment for novice hunters

    Novice hunters are hunters who have passed the "Green Baccalaureate" - i.e. the hunting licence examination - and obtained their first hunting licence, regardless of their age. The hunting licence courses are in great demand and the motivation to take the hunting licence varies greatly. Whether through the dog, the love of nature or the healthy organic game, interest is high. Around 20 % of hunting licence course participants are female these days. Hunting equipment and clothing are as varied as hunting itself. Of course, much is a matter of taste and also a question of budget. But some things are also subject to rules and laws. The initial equipment should be versatile and durable. The hunting jacket should be of a size that fits a fleece underneath on colder days, but also not so big that it wrinkles a lot when the gun is slung. Hunting trousers should not only look "nice" standing up, but should also fit comfortably when sitting down.
